As an Enterprise Client Executive at NetApp, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships within a specific portfolio of existing enterprise accounts. Located in Minneapolis, this role is pivotal in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction through strategic farming and hunting activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate relationships and identify new business opportunities within named enterprise accounts.
  • Schedule and attend sales call appointments, bringing in other NetApp team members as necessary to support the qualification and sales processes.
  • Define customer-specific acceptance criteria for evaluation projects, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Employ a consultative approach to develop formal quotes, written sales proposals, and tailored sales presentations addressing specific business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with a dedicated Sales Engineer to develop comprehensive solutions and support for your accounts.
  • Maintain a high level of autonomy in day-to-day operations, with minimal supervision on routine activities but strategic guidance on new initiatives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert within the sales team, positively influencing outcomes and potentially leading team-based projects.
Job Requirements
  • Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
  • At least 7 years of experience in enterprise-level sales, specifically selling storage or cloud solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow relationships within a defined territory of named enterprise accounts.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and forecasts.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and technical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
  • Previous experience working alongside Solutions Engineers or Architects to drive business and close deals.

The base salary hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is$145k - $165k.Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law.In addition, the position may include some of the following comprehensive benefits such Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid Time off (PTO), sick time, leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws, Company bonus/commission, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's).
