Under the general direction of the Chief Deputy Director of the Department of Cannabis Control (Department), the CEA B will serve as the Deputy Director of the Compliance Division (Division). The CEA B will be responsible for the development, implementation, and refinement of the Department's compliance goals for licensees. The CEA B will direct the activities of the Investigative Services Branch, Environmental Compliance and Manufacturing Safety Branch, and the California Cannabis Track and Trace (CCTT) Services Office. The CEA B is responsible for the annual development and administration of the Division's budget.
