The Oaks outpatient programs incorporate a range of services to adolescents, adults and seniors, including; physician oversight, medication management, group therapy practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and clinical assistance tailored to help our clients achieve their treatment goals. Offering premiere behavioral health services for individuals experiencing psychiatric and /or substance abuse symptoms that negatively affect daily functioning.

We are currently looking for a Clinician for to rotate between our various locations.

The clinician performs social services functions to include assisting patients in meeting their bio-psychosocial needs while enabling them to access through therapeutic treatment skills achievement of their optimal level of emotional health, including providing basic consultation, teaching, run PHP, work with IOP overflow, complete specialized clinical social work services for patients/families receiving care, crisis intervention, short-term and long-term family therapy, and providing information and referrals as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work, Counseling Psychology or a clinically related mental health field. Registration with California Board of Behavioral Sciences as AMFT or ASW within 30 days of hire required.

Experience: One (1) year of experience in behavioral health is preferred. Prefer direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills preferred. Must have strong clinical assessment skills.

Additional Requirements: Handle with Care training within 90 days of employment and CPR (training provided in-house). May be required to work flexible hours and overtime.
