Overview

As an Associate Account Executive, you will drive incremental growth and revenue of ePlus solution sales by working with the field sales organization, the customer and relevant manufacturers.

YOUR IMPACT

The essential functions of this position include:

  • Drive incremental growth and revenue of ePlus sales by working with the field sales organization, the customer and relevant manufacturers to position products and solutions and increase revenue
  • Collaborate with ePlus customers, field sales, leadership and partner constituents
  • Actively participate in customer and partner sales calls as a member of the ePlus account team
  • Develop strong relationships with various internal departments, such as Contracts, Accounting, Operations, Inside Sales and Professional Services
  • Act as primary liaison to drive customer satisfaction and ensure business moves forward efficiently
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and partners
  • Serve as a liaison among customers, sales staff, subject matter experts and external partners/vendors
  • Follow-up with customers via phone, email and sales and marketing deliverables
  • Provide accurate forecasting of product and solution sales, for assigned region(s)Meet or exceed financial sales targets
  • Drive efficient sales growth of target products
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and metrics as deemed necessary by management
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
  • Two to five years of IT experience
  • Ability to communicate and work with customers to receive necessary data elements
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory
  • Prior knowledge and experience with applicable partner solutions and ordering systems
  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving and time management skills
  • Proficient in Excel Ability to work well in a matrix managed environment
  • Proven ability to leverage subject matter experts to further the sales process
  • Able to work independently
POSITION SPECIFICS

The base salary range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $60,000 and $80,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including commissions and discretionary bonuses, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
