Pay range: $31.00 - $40.30

Shift: 6:30am - 3:00pm


About the Role:

ClarkDietrich Maintenance team is looking for skilled Maintenance Mechanic eager to collaborate with a dedicated team. The maintenance team ensures that all machines and equipment in the facility work safely and perform preventative maintenance to minimize machine downtime. As a member of this team, you will have opportunities to collaborate and innovate with other maintenance mechanics to achieve and improve process efficiency and performance.


We are excited about you because...

  • You have prior manufacturing experience.
  • You can read blueprints and operational manuals.
  • You can troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment (roll formers, conveyors, press brake, shears, uncoilers, etc.).
  • You can build gearboxes.
  • You have the knowledge needed to identify each part of the equipment and can communicate with the supplier in case parts must be reordered or purchased.
  • You have your own tools.
  • You know about electrical installs, troubleshooting, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • You can operate Lathe Machines, End Mill Machines, Drill Presses, Surface Grinders, Grinders, Sanders, Hand Tools, CNC Machines, Cutting Torches, Welding Machines, and Brake Presses.
  • You work well with a team and have a strong work ethic.
  • You know how to manage your time and workload.
  • You are happy to multitask in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication skills.
  • Your attention to detail is unmatched.
  • You can read and write and keep focused in loud and fast paced work environment.
  • You possess excellent mathematical skills and enjoy addition, subtraction, multiplication, and converting fractions into decimals.
  • You can use a tape measurer, caliper, micrometer, dial bore gauge and other precision measurement equipment.
  • You have 5 years of experience in high-tech machinery.
  • You have a High School diploma/Trade School certificate in machines.
  • You have been in the military and have learned the maintenance trade.
