• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines while working independently as well as cooperatively with others in a team environment.
• Working knowledge of computers and applicable software programs and databases, including all applications within Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Personnel and Human Relations issues requiring knowledge of and ability to research, interpret, and apply laws, rules, practices, and principles governing the State’s personnel management practices.
• Good judgment
