Accountable for creating an environment and culture that focuses on fulfilling the organizations mission, vision and values. Operational management of clinical and non clinical departments including but not limited to Nursing, Admissions, Business Development, Process Improvement, Finance, Clinical Services, Regulatory Affairs that effectively drive patient care outcomes

The Clinical Director of Utilization Management is responsible for the development of best practice review and oversight of clinical documentation per standards, organizational development of the manager and direct staff. The director will support the clinical standards per Title 9, CMS and other regulatory bodies as required and support the plan of Sierra Vista Hospital.
