We are in search of a Organizational Change Management Advisor I or II to join our Business Solutions department in Rocklin, California. This full-time position reports to the Director, Organizational Change Management and is primarily accountable for collaborating on and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance to changes in business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organizational structures. The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Advisor will work with project and product delivery teams to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate use and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization.
This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule and one-time home office stipend after initial training period.

Compensation Information
The base salary range for this position is:
Level I $59,000 - $91,000; bonus at target is 8% of salary
Level II $72,000 - $113,000; bonus at target is 10% of salary
